The Whisky Laphroaig Legacy 1815 Cl.70 - Tube is a premium quality spirit that enchants with its distinctive character and profound aromatic complexity. This Scottish whisky comes from the renowned Isle of Islay, famous for its peated whiskies. In the tasting experience of the Laphroaig Legacy 1815, an impressive balance emerges between the smoky notes typical of Islay single malts and a delicate sweetness reminiscent of honey and spices.
The 70 cl alcohol content testifies to the intensity and purity of this expression. The elegant tube presentation makes it an excellent choice for both whisky aficionados and collectors. The color is intensely golden, bright, with reflections that capture the light and invite tasting.
The aging in specific types of barrels adds layers of complexity, introducing tones of vanilla, dried fruit, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the profile is rich and full, with a long and satisfying persistence, leaving a lasting impression of quality and distillatory mastery. Ideal to enjoy neat or with a drop of water to further enhance its aromas.

Distillation
Double distillation in copper pot stills (pot still); the plant comprises seven stills (3 wash, 4 spirit) with high lyne arms and cut points designed to preserve tarry and maritime notes.
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks in coastal warehouses; seasonal variation (expansion in summer, contraction in winter) promotes interaction between wood and spirit. Frequent use of ex-bourbon for the base with finishes or re-racking in different wood types for specific expressions.
