In the glass, the Red Wine Cask shows an intense amber color, which anticipates a bouquet rich in notes of ripe red fruits, cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate vanilla nuances and a light touch of sweet spices. The palate is enveloping, with a tannic hint typical of aging in wine casks, balanced by a warm and enveloping sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant soft and slightly fruity sensation.
Perfect to enjoy neat or with a touch of pure water to enhance its aromas, this whisky is ideal to accompany dishes based on red meat, aged cheeses, or simply for a moment of refined contemplation.
