Black Beer - Taste and Buy Online!
Black beer is a very dark type of beer with an opaque color and a strong flavor reminiscent of coffee and chocolate. The dark color tending to black is acquired during the processing phases, through the use of particularly dark barley malt. The malt in turn receives this color in the roasting phase, in fact it is precisely the degree of cooking of the malt that gives the drink its characteristic color. If the malt is lightly toasted, it can be deduced that the color of the beer will be lighter. It is served with slices of black bread with cream cheese, and goes perfectly with marinated red meats. Particularly suitable also for those who drink beer and suffer from swelling; since this beer is cooked it does not burden digestion avoiding stomach swelling. Many of our proposals.
