Winery located in Sa Teulera, near Alaró (Mallorca), with an underground cellar designed to reduce visual and energy impact; it produces still wines and a traditional method sparkling wine.
The Bodega Oloron project stems from the restoration and relaunch of a winery in the inland area of Alaró, Mallorca. According to industry publications, the property was acquired by a Swedish family that has begun renovation and expansion work to transform the facility into a modern, underground cellar. The project involves professionals such as architect Rafael Vidal and oenologist Riccardo Cotarella.
