Vol Lliure (Su Richiesta) from Bodega Oloron is a red wine with a clear, measured character. In the glass it shows an intense ruby colour and an aromatic profile suggesting ripe red fruit, light spicy nuances and a discreet earthy note. On the palate it is balanced, with present but smooth tannins and acidity that supports the structure without dominating. The flavour progression is linear and invites a relaxed sip, with a clean finish that leaves impressions of fruit and gentle spicy echoes.

It pairs well with dishes featuring red meat, roasts, stews and hard cheeses; it also suits flavoursome home-cooked recipes. For best expression, serve at around 16-18 °C and open the bottle a few minutes before tasting; for more structured occasions it may benefit from brief aeration. Ideal for those seeking an everyday red with a decisive but unobtrusive character.
