Winery Bodega Oloron

The Bodega Oloron project stems from the restoration and relaunch of a winery in the inland area of Alaró, Mallorca. According to industry publications, the property was acquired by a Swedish family that has begun renovation and expansion work to transform the facility into a modern, underground cellar. The project involves professionals such as architect Rafael Vidal and oenologist Riccardo Cotarella.

Strong focus on sustainability and landscape integration: the winery is largely underground to maintain stable climatic conditions, reduce energy consumption and preserve the landscape. Production combines traditional techniques and modern technologies to enhance the Mallorcan terroir.

Located in Sa Teulera, near Alaró, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The area is described as Mediterranean, with calcareous-clay soils rich in rock fragments and a maritime influence that affects grape ripening.

The winery and some of its wines have been cited and reviewed by trade publications and industry critics.
