Callet Viognier El Savi from Bodega Oloron is a white wine that brings together the Callet and Viognier grape varieties. It shows a straw-yellow color with bright highlights. On the nose it offers an aromatic profile of floral and fruity tones: white flowers, ripe peach and citrus hints, balanced by a delicate mineral note. The presence of both varieties contributes complexity and an engaging balance between structure and finesse. On the palate it has medium body, balanced acidity and a soft texture that supports the fruity flavors, finishing clean and restrained.

It is suitable for those seeking an approachable white to pair with lightly seasoned fish, shellfish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 10–12°C, to appreciate its freshness and aromatic expression. It is recommended to drink it within the first years after bottling to preserve its varietal characteristics. The bottle and producer make it a good choice for everyday use and informal occasions when a straightforward, perfumed white is desired.
