How it works
Joining is automatic: create or use your Bottle of Italy account, place your orders and earn points on your Loyalty Card. You can check your balance in your customer area and redeem your points once you reach the required threshold.

For every euro spent, you receive 10 Loyalty Points automatically credited Loyalty Points.

How to get your discount
Once you have accumulated enough points, go to checkout and select the option to redeem your points. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total.
Vouchers are always redeemable
As soon as you reach the first reward level, you can immediately redeem your discount voucher at checkout. You are free to use it right away or continue collecting points to unlock a higher-value voucher.

Frequently asked questions
The Loyalty Card is activated automatically when you create your Bottle of Italy account. You do not need to do anything special: from the moment your profile exists, eligible purchases start earning points.
Loyalty Points do not have a fixed expiry date, but remain active as long as your account is active. We recommend checking the updated conditions in your customer area.
Only one discount voucher can be applied per order. If you have enough points for multiple levels, we recommend choosing the highest-value voucher to maximize your savings.
Points are credited automatically after your order has been shipped. You can check your updated balance and points history in your personal area.
The Loyalty Card program is active for most countries we ship to.
In case of a return or refund, the points related to the refunded purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance. If you have already redeemed a voucher linked to those points, an adjustment may be handled by customer service.
