Pairing Lamb, grilled meats, aged cheeses
Tempranillo Sant Roc from Bodega Oloron is a red wine based on Tempranillo that offers a direct and approachable character. In the glass it shows a ruby colour with lively highlights; on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and delicate spices. The aromatic intensity is balanced, without excess, and invites an unpretentious tasting.

On the palate the sip is soft and linear, with present but not intrusive tannins and a freshness that supports the palate. The finish is pleasant and easy-drinking, suitable for those looking for an everyday red with an honest profile. It pairs simply with home-style dishes, cold cuts, medium-mature cheeses and white or grilled meats. Serve at moderate temperature and consume within a time frame suited to personal preferences. Its versatility makes it suitable for both informal meals and relaxed moments; it is best appreciated in slightly larger glasses that encourage the opening of the aromas.
