Pairing Aperitifs, light appetizers, fish
Gentle bubbles and a dry profile characterize this Brut sparkling wine, which shows a bright straw color and an immediate crispness on the palate. The aromas stay on notes of ripe citrus, green apple and a few white flowers, while the body remains lean thanks to a pleasant acidity that keeps the wine lively and easy-drinking. The overall impression is balanced: it doesn’t seek opulence but clarity, with a finish that leans toward sapidity rather than sweetness.

On the palate the sip is fresh and direct, suitable both as an aperitif and with light dishes: oysters, carpaccios, seafood salads or fresh cheeses all work well. It’s also ideal for informal social occasions, served cold to enhance its soft effervescence and discreet persistence. It’s advisable to chill it a few degrees before serving and drink it young, to capture the liveliness and elegance that make it a versatile companion at the table.
