The story
Project born “from the dream of four young partners”, focused on the heroic viticulture of Val di Cembra; it farms about 15 hectares and has received national awards (e.g., Tre Bicchieri, Cinque Grappoli, Corona d’Oro, Il Sole) according to the winery.
Production philosophy
Expression of mountain terroir: respect for terraced vineyards, artisanal care in vineyard and cellar, and the pursuit of elegance and minerality in wines through vinification and ageing designed to express the mountain.
Terroir and vineyards
Val di Cembra (Trentino). Vineyards located between about 450 and 750 m above sea level on porphyritic, mineral-rich soils, with terraces and dry-stone walls; the winery states it manages roughly 15 hectares in these mountain exposures.
