Winery history Podere dell'Angelo

The estate is run by the Bianchi family, winegrowers in Rimini since 1923. It is a family-run business with multiple generations involved in production and management; family members oversee the vineyard, the harvest and winemaking, preserving an agricultural tradition and a strong connection to the land.

Production philosophy

The winery follows organic farming practices, avoiding chemical herbicides and synthetic fertilizers, and favors non-invasive cellar interventions. It aims to express the terroir through its wines, with a sustainability approach that includes a photovoltaic system and a phytodepuration tank. Since the 2021 harvest its products have been labeled organic.

Terroir and vineyards

The vineyards are located on the hills of Vergiano, in the hinterland of Rimini, in an area influenced by the sea and by soils with a balance of limestone and clay. This combination imparts distinctive aromatic profiles to the grapes, particularly suited to Sangiovese and Rebola.
