Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon from the Torre Rosazza winery is a particularly appreciated and widespread red wine not only in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, but throughout Italy. The splendid hills of Friuli are the perfect environment for its cultivation. After harvesting, the grapes are left to ferment in steel and subsequently vinified in small oak barrels for a period of at least 6 months.

It shows an intense red color. The sense of smell is seduced by aromas of undergrowth, among which blackcurrant and blackberry stand out, followed by a hint of laurel, pepper and licorice. In the mouth it has a voluminous texture with an intricate flavor that leaves a slight woody aroma at the end that is very pleasant on the palate.

Excellent to combine with first or second courses of roasted or grilled meat.
