The production process of Anerissimo Riserva involves a careful selection of the best herbs, which are left to infuse for a prolonged period in order to extract all their flavors and aromas. This bitter is then left to mature in special barrels, which contribute to enriching its taste profile with woody and balsamic notes, making each sip unique and unmistakable.
With a volume of 70cl, Amaro Anerissimo Riserva has a dark and deep color, symbol of its concentration and intensity. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet, where the aromatic notes of herbs blend with accents of spices, cocoa and a light touch of vanilla, the result of barrel aging.
In the mouth, the bitterness reveals a perfect balance between the initial sweetness and the persistent bitterness typical of this type of liqueur, with a rich and enveloping palate that leaves a long aromatic persistence.
