The Barolo DOCG of Oddero is a wine that embodies the quintessence of elegance and power, coming from the mists of the Langhe hills, in Piedmont. This noble red stands out for its intense ruby color which tends towards garnet with aging. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, floral notes of dried rose, accompanied by nuances of spices, tobacco and leather. In the mouth, the wine is rich, with well-balanced tannins and a solid structure that promises excellent longevity. The aging in oak barrels adds a touch of elegance and complexity, making it perfect to taste with dishes rich in flavour, such as roasts, game and mature cheeses. Oddero's production pays meticulous attention to the selection of grapes and respect for traditions, ensuring a tasting experience that reflects the authenticity and terroir of one of the most prestigious Italian denominations.

Winery history
The Oddero family has been in La Morra since the 18th century; the modern estate dates from 1878, when the first Giacomo Oddero began bottling wines under the family name. In the 20th century, the management of Giacomo helped consolidate the estate’s reputation; today the business is run by the next generations, who maintain the family tradition while expanding the vineyards and production.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to express the terroir by working with careful attention in the vineyard and with respect for the environment: organic practices and sustainable management are adopted to showcase the individual crus and preserve the heritage of the Langhe. In the cellar, priority is given to preserving the integrity of the grapes and to aging in large casks for wines that evolve over time.
