The Barolo DOCG Serralunga d'Alba by Fontanafredda is born in the heart of the Langhe, a territory renowned for the production of red wines with great structure and longevity. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo reflects the elegance and typical complexity of Serralunga d’Alba, an area characterized by limestone-clay soils and an ideal microclimate. After a traditional fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for a period that enhances its aromas and tannic delicacy.

In the glass, it presents an intense and bright garnet red color, while on the nose it emits notes of withered rose, cherry, sweet spices, and light hints of leather. The taste is full, harmonious, and persistent, with elegant tannins and a finish that invites long tasting. Perfect paired with robust dishes such as braised meats, grilled meats, and aged cheeses, this Barolo is a sensory journey into the most authentic Piedmontese traditions.
