More questions
The Bianco Chiara Aurora from Poggio Scalette shows a straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, ripe pear and light herbal hints, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a pleasant saltiness that supports the structure; the finish is clean and persistent, with citrus and floral echoes that invite another sip.
Designed for everyday drinkability, this wine pairs easily with fish-based starters, seafood dishes, composed salads and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to vegetable preparations and light dishes. It also works well as an aperitif and naturally accompanies business lunches and informal dinners with friends. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to enhance its aromas and freshness. Poggio Scalette's approach favors an honest, straightforward interpretation of the white, suited to those seeking balance, gustatory clarity and immediacy.

The story
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognition
Presenza e riconoscimenti su pubblicazioni e guide di settore (es. menzioni su Der Feinschmecker e Weinwelt; inserimenti in guide come Falstaff).
