This Premier Cru Rosé Champagne shows a lovely powder-pink color and a fine, lively perlage: on the nose there are aromas of small red fruits, a note of pink grapefruit and a floral hint that remain measured and consistent with a refined style. The impression is one of clarity and precision, not excess, with the fruit supporting but not overpowering the fresh, saline character typical of a well-balanced Champagne.
On the palate it confirms the olfactory promise: the sip is lean, well-balanced between acidity and softness, with a savory, saline thread that lengthens the finish. The structure is suitable both for immediate drinking and for convivial moments, made even more enjoyable by the magnum bottle, which favors development and stability of the perlage. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C; pairs gracefully with seafood appetizers, sushi, crustacean preparations and red-fruit desserts.

The story
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
Awards and recognition
The "Vinitaly Territory Ambassador" award was presented to Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute.
