Ruffino’s Chianti DOCG Riserva is a red wine whose identity is conveyed by its name: the Chianti DOCG designation and the Riserva mention indicate its reference and category. It is an option for those looking for a bottle associated with a recognised designation, suited to a meal without requiring pairings based on specific tasting notes. The product information gives neither a vintage nor further technical details. It is therefore best to discover the wine in the glass and serve it according to personal preference.

At the table, it can accompany flavourful pasta dishes, meat and cheese—classic pairings for a red wine. The specific choice will depend on the recipe and the dish’s intensity. It suits a convivial dinner or a lunch with several courses, and can also be shared. To enjoy it, serve it at an unhurried pace and taste it as part of the meal. With no information on ageing or its sensory profile, it would be unwise to attribute precise characteristics to it. A straightforward presentation leaves room for personal preferences and the chosen pairing.
