The Friuli Colli Orientali DOC di Ronco della Torre, produced at the homonymous Torre Rosazza farm, is an extraordinary expression of the local grape variety, often Friulano or Merlot, cultivated on mixed soils rich in minerals, in the charming Friulian hilly context. This wine stands out for its balance between freshness and structure, the result of careful vinification and a calibrated aging in steel or, in some cases, in large barrels that enhance the original aromas.



In the glass, a complex bouquet emerges, with floral and fruity notes of cherry and plum, combined with slightly spicy and earthy hints that recall the territory, offering a pleasant gustatory persistence. On the palate, it is soft yet vibrant, with elegant tannins that support its drinkability. Ideal paired with game dishes, roasted meats, and aged cheeses, it embodies the tradition and quality of the Colli Orientali del Friuli.
