This Gewurztraminer from Tuzco is a white wine that presents itself immediately through its aromatic profile, without pretension: straw-yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose it opens with floral and fruity suggestions, rose, peach and exotic notes like lychee and sweet citrus, accompanied by a delicate spicy hint. The olfactory impression is clear and recognizable, never excessive, and invites tasting without overpowering the simplicity of the sip.
On the palate it confirms a structure with a good balance between softness and freshness; the body is pleasant and the persistence moderate, with aromatic echoes that recall the bouquet. It is best served cool but not ice-cold, in wide glasses that favour the complexity of the aromas. Recommended pairings include flavorful starters, fish dishes that are not too delicate, white meats and fresh cheeses; it suits those seeking aromatic expressiveness without excess. Best enjoyed young to appreciate its aromatic liveliness.

The story
