Barber's Gin is a distillate of English origin which stands out for its classic recipe and pure, refined taste. It is a craft gin, produced using only the finest ingredients, predominantly carefully selected juniper berries, along with aromatic notes of coriander, angelica root, and lemon zest.
This gin is distilled in traditional stills, followed by a slow infusion process that enhances all the aromas and flavors of the aromatic herbs used. The result is a clear gin, transparent in color and brilliantly crystalline, which reveals an intense vegetal freshness on the nose accompanied by citrusy and spicy nuances, typical of juniper and angelica root.
On the palate, Barber's Gin offers a balanced complexity and surprising smoothness. The entry is smooth, with a predominance of juniper notes that blend harmoniously with the slight pepperiness of the coriander and the fresh acidity of the lemon. The finish is long and persistent, with a slight earthy aftertaste given by the angelica root.
