This Dry Gin presents a crisp, dry profile, designed for those seeking balance and aromatic clarity. On the nose are controlled juniper notes, citrus peel and an herbaceous hint that doesn't weigh it down; on the palate it maintains tension thanks to a fresh acidic lift and a dry texture, with a progression that stays linear and vibrant to the finish. The structure is light-medium, suitable for cocktails where the gin should remain the star without overpowering.
The pack includes a balloon glass that enhances the more volatile aromas and makes tasting more immediate: ideal both for a traditional gin and tonic with quality tonic water and a slice of lemon, and for more delicate signature cocktails. Served chilled, it pairs well with shellfish-based aperitifs, summer salads and fresh cheeses; it's a practical and enjoyable choice for those who appreciate a dry, versatile gin with a measured character.

The project is led by founder Jochem Lisser with the master distiller known as Phu.
