The Gin Himalayan by Selvatiq is born from a careful selection of botanicals gathered in the peaks of the Himalayas, a territory rich in biodiversity and unique aromas. This gin stands out for its fresh and aromatic character, thanks to the use of wild herbs and berries that give it a complex and enveloping olfactory profile. The distillation is carried out with traditional methods, which enhance the purity of the natural elements without overpowering them, offering an extraordinary balance between floral, citrus, and spicy notes.

On the nose, scents of juniper are perceived, accompanied by a delicate spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon and a fresh hint of mint and lemon. On the palate, the Gin Himalayan shows a soft and well-articulated texture, with an aromatic persistence that leaves room for a light mineral sapidity, typical of the mountainous environment from which it originates. It lends itself elegantly to refined mixes, ideal for a classic Gin&Tonic or for cocktails that require a distinctive touch. Also perfect to taste neat, at room temperature or with a slight chilling, to appreciate its multiple nuances.
