Gin Mare comes from Spain. It is a distinctive spirit produced by the Giro family, now in its third generation, inspired by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

It is made with five main botanicals, each sourced from different countries: Italian basil, Greek thyme, Turkish rosemary, Spanish citrus fruits, and olives from Catalonia.

The aim is to recreate the authentic local Mediterranean flavor. The distillation process is carried out in a discontinuous copper still, specially created for this type of production.

Gin Mare is a completely new, all-natural product that, with every sip, will transport you to the seaside and bring back your most beautiful memories.

A clear, crystalline spirit that offers vegetal aromas of moss, fresh tomato leaf, and resins on the nose, along with pine needles and Mediterranean scrub, with aromatic notes of rosemary and oven-baked black olives seasoned with orange peel.
