Juniper is the star, supported by a citrus profile that brings freshness without weighing it down. On the nose there are crisp, linear notes, clean in the succession of aromas; on the palate the sip is decisive yet balanced, with good aromatic intensity and a sense of purity that leaves room for the spirit’s structure. A balanced warmth is perceived, never intrusive, giving roundness to the body without softening the final tension. The texture is dry, highly drinkable, suited to those seeking a classic gin with character.
On the palate it maintains a pleasant tension between freshness and body: the dry base favors a rapid progression toward a persistent and pleasantly savory finish. It works well in the classic Gin & Tonic or in more structured cocktails, but also stands up to simple preparations served chilled with a citrus twist. Appreciated with tonics that aren’t too sweet, it leaves room for creativity in mixing. Pairs successfully with seafood starters, tartare and fresh cheeses, always offering a clean, incisive sip.
