The story
Production began in 1977 and the company is today known as Distilleria Santa Teresa dei Fratelli Marolo, headquartered in Alba in the heart of the Langhe. Over the years Marolo has expanded its offering to include fruit brandies, a line of single-varietal grappas and the relaunch of historic brands such as Ulrich (recipes dating back to the 19th century) under its own production.
Distillation

Ageing
