Marolo's Grappa di Altalanga Cocchi presents a fragrant, measured profile: on the nose there are hints of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with light almond notes and a herbaceous trace that lends freshness. The character is elegant rather than aggressive, with restrained but precise intensity; the cleanliness of the aroma invites a careful sip, without overburdening the palate. The balance between freshness and softness makes it versatile, with a sober, refined style that highlights the raw material.

On the palate it shows balanced warmth and a pleasant roundness, supported by a clear but not heavy texture; the finish is persistent and dry, with returns of dried fruit and a slight bitter note that lengthens the drink. It works well as a digestif after a structured meal or paired with dark chocolate and hard cheeses; it can also be used sparingly in mixing for long drinks with a dry profile. Serve in small glasses at a slightly tempered temperature to appreciate its cleanliness and finesse.
