The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Secco from Righi appears with a clear look and a lively ruby color that invites drinking without showiness. On the nose there are notes of small red fruits and floral hints, accompanied by a freshness that keeps the sip slender. The dryness is well balanced, with light tannins and an equilibrium that favors palate cleanliness, making the wine immediate yet holding a discreet character.

It is a versatile label, suitable with cured meats, fresh cheeses, everyday dishes and tomato-based preparations; its freshness also makes it pleasant as a wine for social drinking. A moderately cool serving temperature is recommended to bring out its aromas and balance. It is advisable to drink it young to appreciate its vivacity, storing the bottle in a cool, stable place; Righi's Premium presentation makes it suitable for both informal occasions and simple dinners where a genuine, recognizable product is sought.
