This Nebbiolo is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes grown sustainably at an altitude of approximately 300 meters above sea level. The vines, with an average of 15 years of age, grow on soils composed of clayey sediments, blue marl and tuff. The harvest, carried out in mid-October, is followed by pressing the grapes in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in contact with the skins for approximately 10 days. The subsequent maturation takes place for 6 months in steel and for a further 6 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, the wine rests further in glass before finally being introduced to the market.

This wine stands out for its bright ruby red hue with delicate garnet reflections. The aromatic profile is intense and captivating, with fragrances of plum, cherry and rose petals that blend harmoniously with pleasant notes of liquorice. In the mouth, the wine is full, balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant tannic texture that anticipates a finish consistent with the olfactory sensations.
