More questions
Liquore Elisir Nocciola 70cl - Bordiga is a fine liqueur that celebrates the authentic flavor of Piedmont hazelnuts, expertly cultivated in the areas around Cuneo. This product is born from the careful selection of raw materials, using exclusively hazelnuts with a crunchy and intensely aromatic pulp, processed according to traditional methods that ensure a perfect expression of the natural notes of the fruit.
The infusion and maceration process, skillfully balanced, gives the elixir a velvety structure and a harmony between sweetness and freshness. On the nose, toasted scents are perceived, reminiscent of ripe dried fruit and light caramelized nuances, which herald a smooth and enveloping sip. On the palate, the persistence is long and warm, with a delicate bittersweet aftertaste that enhances its complexity. The hazelnut tones are evident but never intrusive, perfectly harmonized with the alcohol, creating a refined sensory experience.
This liqueur, ideal as an after-dinner drink, pairs beautifully with desserts based on chocolate or dried fruit and is perfect for enriching innovative cocktails or elegantly reinterpreted classic cocktails. A true tribute to the Piedmont region and its food and wine tradition.
