Fine wood smoke intertwined with green and earthy notes, with citrus hints that lighten the profile. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with a compact structure that remains clean; the smoke stays present but restrained, leaving room for a savory element and a slight bitterness that sets the pace. The progression is long and coherent, with aromatic reprises that amplify its persistence without overloading. In tasting it is refined yet authentic, suited to those seeking a mezcal with character but without excess. Serve at room temperature or slightly cool to appreciate its nuances and depth; excellent paired with grilled meats, spicy dishes or flavorful cheeses, but it also holds up well to simpler tastings to grasp its complexity.
