Do you know how to say no?! - In the small barrel there is good wine! - This is precisely the case with this Sweet but above all PINK Moscato.
Moscato Rosa is a particularly vigorous variety, with a peculiarity that results in a production of approximately twenty quintals of grapes per hectare. The vigor of the plant causes floral abortion, sweet millerandage and bunch spinning during flowering with a drastic reduction in grape production. This result is further reduced as the grapes dry on the vine, aimed at obtaining a greater sugar concentration.
Colored by an intense pink and a spicy rosehip scent.
Hints of dog rose, cinnamon and cloves, wrapped in a delicate sensation of sweetness.
Sweet dessert wine, it pairs perfectly with small dry pastries such as baci di dama or with a fragrant rich fruit tart, it is "its death".
