The Pinot Blanc from Alto Adige, of a clear and restrained stamp, offers an elegant yet immediate profile: in the glass it opens with aromas of Golden apple and pear, accompanied by floral hints and a subtle citrus peel. The palate is fresh, supported by lively acidity and a pleasant salinity that streamlines the body; the finish is clean, of good persistence, with a slight mineral streak that invites the next sip. It stands out for balance and precision rather than opulence.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light seafood dishes, shellfish and butter-based first courses or with grilled vegetables; it also holds up well with soft cheeses and delicate preparations. Serve cold, not ice-cold, to appreciate its aromatic finesse; it is well suited to be drunk young for its freshness, but shows enough substance to remain interesting after a few years in bottle. An excellent everyday table companion.
