Roberta Fugatti's Pinot Grigio DOC is an authentic and refined expression of the Trentino terroir, a wine that seduces with its elegance and freshness. The vinification process is carried out with meticulous care, respecting the natural cycles of the grapes, which are manually harvested in the vineyards located in some of the best wine-growing areas of Trentino.
Visually, it presents a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that suggest youth and vitality. On the nose, the bouquet is finely aromatic, with distinctive notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, followed by nuances of white flowers and a light touch of fresh almond.
In the mouth, the wine reveals a well-balanced structure, combining pleasant acidity with a soft sense of roundness. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of the fruity sensations experienced on the nose, enriched by a light mineral note that adds complexity and depth to the sip.
