This Prosecco DOC Extra Dry from the Falceri Collection by Riondo represents the most refined and fresh expression of the Glera grape variety, cultivated in the fertile plains and gentle hills of Veneto, an area renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines.

The Falceri Collection stands out for its attention to detail and pursuit of perfection, characteristics that are clearly reflected in this Prosecco. The winemaking process follows the Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in large closed containers to preserve the natural effervescence and fragrant aromas of the wine.

To the eye, Riondo's Prosecco DOC Extra Dry presents a bright straw-yellow color, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate and enhances the tasting pleasure. On the nose, it reveals a rich and complex bouquet, where floral notes of wisteria and acacia stand out, along with hints of green apple and pear, with a light background of fresh citrus that adds liveliness.

On the palate, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports the structure and enhances its freshness. The taste is enveloping, with a good correlation between the olfactory and gustatory sensations, leading to a persistent and delicately fruity finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Prosecco DOC Extra Dry also beautifully complements light dishes, seafood starters, and delicate vegetable dishes, ideal for celebrating special occasions or making a moment of conviviality unique. Best served between 6 and 8°C to fully enjoy its qualities.

With this excellent Prosecco, the Falceri Collection by Riondo has certainly set a benchmark in the panorama of Extra Dry sparkling wines.
