This Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from Pitars offers an immediate, elegant and approachable profile: fine, lively bubbles support a light but structured sip, with a balance between freshness and the gentle softness typical of the Extra Dry category. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, pear and Golden Delicious apple, with a hint of bread crust that adds depth without weighing it down. The balance between acidity and residual sugar is well calibrated, giving a clean, saline sensation that invites a second sip.

It works well both as an aperitif and paired with light cuisine: raw seafood, fried foods that aren’t too oily, delicate cured meats and dishes featuring fresh cheeses. Excellent served cold, around 6-8 °C, to enhance the effervescence and aromatic freshness. A soft and versatile bottle, designed for those seeking a balanced Prosecco that is easy to drink and has a pleasant finish that completes convivial and informal moments.
