In order to be produced, Romagna Trebbiano DOC requires that the Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes are at least 85%; other white grape varieties suitable for cultivation in the Emilia Romagna region may contribute up to a maximum of 15%.
A straw-yellow wine that gives off a fruity aroma of apple and yellow fruit. On the palate it releases a soft and dry taste, an enveloping, light and fragrant sip.
One of the most widespread and drunk white wines on the tables of Romagna. It is recommended to serve it in combination with first courses served with light sauces, salads or fish main courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
