Rum Malteco Ron 20 Anni Riserva Fundad is a distilled spirit originating from the Caribbean tradition, carefully aged for two decades. Produced in Guatemala, a country known for its excellence in the rum world, this product stands out for its complexity and aromatic depth. Made exclusively with local sugarcane molasses, it undergoes slow aging in oak barrels that impart smoothness and a rich profile of woody and spicy notes.
On the nose, it reveals hints of vanilla, cocoa, dried fruit, and a delicate touch of caramel, while on the palate it is velvety, balanced between sweetness and tannic structure, with a persistent and enveloping finish. It is ideal for slow tasting, perfect to sip neat or paired with a cigar, but it also pairs well with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing its fine nature.
