Sangiovese di Romagna DOC "Thea" - Riserva - Bio from Tremonti offers an elegant, restrained profile, the result of Sangiovese grapes grown according to organic farming principles. In the glass it shows a ruby hue; on the nose there are aromas of ripe cherry, plum and light undergrowth, accompanied by spicy hints and earthy accents. The aromatic picture is complex in its simplicity, with subtle floral notes and a slight mineral sensation on the finish. The structure is medium-full, with noticeable but generally smooth tannins and acidity that provides freshness and dynamism to the palate.

It is a suitable choice for those seeking a wine of character, pairing well with meat dishes of moderate preparation, aged cheeses and filled pastas. To appreciate its balance, serve at a moderate temperature; its organic nature also appeals to those who favour more sustainable farming practices. It works well for everyday table use as well as convivial occasions, offering good versatility as a coherent and pleasant-drinking Sangiovese di Romagna.
