The Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Bozen shows a clear, fragrant profile, an expression of the Sauvignon Blanc variety in the Alto Adige designation. In the glass it displays a pale straw color with greenish highlights. On the nose there are notes of grapefruit, lime, green apple and herbaceous nuances reminiscent of cut grass and green pepper, accompanied by a touch of white flowers. On the palate it is sapid and fresh, with lively acidity that supports the fruit and leaves a pleasantly clean finish.

It is best enjoyed young to highlight the primary aromas; pairs well with fish starters, summer salads, shellfish and fresh cheeses. We recommend serving it well chilled in not overly large glasses to concentrate the aromas. Its immediacy makes it versatile for everyday meals but also suitable for informal occasions where freshness and drinkability are sought. Cantina Bozen delivers a white wine of character without excess, intended for those who appreciate the fragrance and clarity of a well-expressed Sauvignon.
