More questions
The Sauvignon Collio DOC from La Ponca expresses an immediate and engaging character: clear aromas of fresh herbs, tomato leaf and hints of citrus, with a slight touch of white flowers that adds pleasantness on first approach. On the palate it is savory and taut, with a lean but present structure, vibrant acidity and a controlled softness that balances the sip; the finish is clean and leaves a mineral sensation typical of the Collio, without weighing it down.
It pairs well as a table companion for light seafood preparations, carpaccios and shellfish but also for dishes of grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses; it is ideal served cold but not ice-cold, to preserve the aromas. A wine that favors drinkability and elegance over power, recommended for those seeking a clear, immediately approachable Sauvignon, capable of delivering immediate satisfaction yet sufficiently structured to accompany flavorful dishes. It also works well as an aperitif and pleasantly accompanies informal meals; a Sauvignon conceived for everyday enjoyment.

- Pratiche di coltivazione organica e approccio a basso intervento in cantina.
The story
Terroir and vineyards
