Advice to enjoy this wine at its best.

Let’s talk about Spumante Gran Cuvèe Rosè Brut - Grani di Nero - Merotto

More questions

Discover the elegance and sophistication of the Spumante Gran Cuvèe Rosè Brut "Grani di Nero" by Merotto, a true gem of Veneto viticulture. This rosé sparkling wine, born from the gentle hills of Treviso, offers a unique sensory experience, ideal for celebrating special moments or enhancing a refined dinner.

The winemaking begins with a meticulous selection of Glera grapes and a smaller portion of Pinot Nero grapes, which are gently pressed to maintain their aromatic qualities intact. The resulting must ferments in large stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperature, preserving all the primary aromas typical of these grape varieties. A second fermentation process follows, this time in the bottle, according to the traditional method, which gives this sparkling wine its distinctive effervescence and a more complex structure.

The color is a soft and delicate pink, with bright reflections that hint at its fine and inviting olfactory bouquet. On the nose, the Gran Cuvèe Rosè Brut bursts with fragrant notes of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, enriched by a slight hint of toasted bread and fresh almonds. On the palate, the wine expresses itself with liveliness and freshness, maintaining a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasantly creamy sensation and a fine effervescence.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. Additionally, it can superbly accompany white meat preparations or be the perfect companion for your celebrations.

The Merotto winery, with its long tradition and attention to quality, guarantees that each bottle of Gran Cuvèe Rosè Brut is an authentic representation of the character and terroir of this unique region. Experience the excellence of Merotto and let yourself be seduced by this sparkling wine of pure pleasure.
