More questions
Mattia Vezzola Brut from Costaripa presents an elegant, measured character: the bubbles are fine and lively, immediately noticeable on the nose and on the palate. The bouquet reveals hints of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with a citrusy note that adds freshness; the olfactory component remains composed, not intrusive, leaving room for a pleasant fragrant sensation. Overall it conveys balance and clarity, qualities typical of a sparkling wine designed for drinking pleasure.
On the palate it confirms an agile yet coherent profile: the perlage supports a creamy texture without weighing it down, the acidity is lively and balances a restrained roundness, while the sapidity lengthens the finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, delicate raw preparations and fresh cheeses; best enjoyed well chilled in a flute or tulip glass to highlight its aromas and persistence.

In the following decades the estate consolidated production of the area's typical rosés, introduced sparkling wines made using the traditional method and modernized the winery with a new facility completed in the early 2000s. The winery continues to celebrate local tradition alongside winemaking innovation under the guidance of Mattia Vezzola.
