On the nose, notes of fresh agave, lemon zest and a herbaceous hint reminiscent of thyme emerge, accompanied by slightly peppery nuances. The impression is clean and straightforward, without affectation, suggesting a young but well-crafted spirit, suited to those seeking an honest drink without artifices. The clarity of the profile makes it versatile, equally appropriate for casual tasting as for more refined mixes.

On the palate the sip is lean and vibrant, with good freshness that supports flavors of agave, citrus and a white-pepper finish. The texture is crisp: not too oily nor excessively tannic, it offers medium persistence that invites a second taste. Perfect neat at room temperature or as a base for classic cocktails, it pairs with fish dishes, ceviche and citrus-forward flavors; also excellent in mixes where cleanliness and aromatic precision are required.
