A whisky finished in Calvados casks that displays an elegant balance between the wood’s imprint and the apple-distillate fruit notes. On the nose it opens with aromas of baked apple and pear, softened by sweet vanilla and a slight note of toasted bread; the time in Calvados casks lends a gentle, almost buttery character without overpowering the base spirit. The body is medium-full, with soft tannins and a texture that maintains freshness and drinkability.

On the palate the sip is warm but measured: ripe fruit combines with delicate spices and a subtle citrus streak that balances the sweetness; the wood brings touches of cocoa and hazelnut, while the finish remains pleasant and clean. Excellent as a digestif or paired with apple-based desserts and aged cheeses, it is best enjoyed in a tulip glass at a slightly cool room temperature to capture all its nuances.
