The production area, in the mountains of Yilan, benefits from a humid climate and constant temperatures that accelerate aging and develop intense and deep aromas. On the nose, it opens with scents of tropical fruit such as mango and banana, accompanied by delicate notes of vanilla and honey. The taste is silky, with a full body that evolves on nuances of caramel, sweet spices, and a light smoky touch.
