More questions

The Whisky Mitchells Irish Yellow Spot 12Y, presented in an elegant 70cl bottle packaged in a refined tube, is a true gem of Irish distillation. This whisky aged for 12 years is appreciated for its complex range of aromas and flavors. Characterized by notes of honey, sweet spices, vanilla, and coffee, the Yellow Spot 12Y offers an aromatic bouquet that seduces from the first sip.

Its uniqueness also lies in the use of three types of casks for maturation: ex-bourbon, Spanish sherry, and Sicilian Marsala casks. This process gives the whisky extraordinary depth and exemplary maturity, revealing layers of caramel, exotic spices, and a light citrus fruitiness that perfectly intertwines with a persistently sweet and spicy finish.

Sipping the Yellow Spot 12Y is an experience that invites taking one's time to appreciate every single nuance, making it ideal to be enjoyed neat, perhaps during a moment of quiet reflection or in good company. A whisky that not only tells the richness of Irish tradition but elevates it to new levels of excellence.
