Smoky peat leads the aromatic profile without being intrusive, supported by earthy notes and a hint of ash and wood smoke. On the nose, soft nuances of malt and honey emerge, softening the overall picture and creating a balance between rusticity and approachability. The palate is warm and fluid, with medium body and a slightly oily texture; the structure retains freshness and a pleasant salinity, while the absence of tannins allows a clean progression to the finish.

On tasting it shows a direct yet refined style: the smoke remains the protagonist but does not overpower the more delicate aromas, allowing for versatile pairings. Excellent neat or with a splash of water to open the aromatic profiles; it also pairs well with smoked meat dishes, aged cheeses, or dark chocolate. Serve at room temperature in a tulip glass to follow the slow evolution of the bouquet.
