The story
The Adriatico label was launched by the partners of Bellaventura (Jean‑Robert Bellanger and Thomas Benoit) in 2019. From the start the brand has focused on valorizing Italian ingredients — in particular almonds from Puglia — and on regular releases of limited editions finished in various types of casks in collaboration with international partners.
Production philosophy
Emphasis on territorial quality and naturalness: use of natural Italian ingredients (Puglian almonds), recipes with reduced sugar compared to traditional amaretti, and variants designed both for neat consumption and for cocktail mixing.

Production method
