The story
The Chambord brand was developed in 1982 by Norton "Sky" Cooper at the family company Charles Jacquin et Cie, drawing on a raspberry liqueur originating from the Loire Valley in the 17th century. In 2006 the brand and related assets were acquired by the Brown-Forman Corporation.
